When we practice sustainability, we ensure that our employees, workers, partners, and communities are not depleted. We pour resources and care into the lives of everyone who is attached to Monarda. Healthy, happy employees, partners, and vendors give back to the business and community many times over.

As an integrated, diversified global commodities organization, Monarda touches the lives of many people and communities. As such, we hold ourselves responsible for the well-being and health of these stakeholders.
